Follow these steps

The SwingLabs community has a set of governance guidelines that is used as the basis of how co-operative work is done for SwingLabs, and its sub projects.

We have a backlog of new GUI components we would like to integrate. Check for yourself at the Wacky Wiki and start contributing to SwingLabs!

Help With Documentation! Help With The Website!

There's always room for improvement in both our documentation and the general upkeep of the website. The Wacky Wiki may contain website ideas (and if it doesn't, feel free to add a comment or two!).

If there's something you'd like to see and don't, or something you can imagine being improved, let us know by filing an enhancement request. Use the SwingLabs issue tracker and file an "Enhancement"!

How to Contribute

See the contribution page for a detailed description on how to contribute to SwingLabs.

All code contributers must complete the Sun Contributor Agreement form before contributions can be included in the project. Please visit SCA page for detail information about signing SCA.

Bug Reporting and Requests for Enhancements

Bug reports are very helpful to developers and a great way to contribute to a project! Remember to take a little time when filing a bug report – make sure you can reproduce the problem, and be very explicit in your description of the problem. For a brief description of bug priority guidelines ( i.e, what priority to give your bugs), review these guidelines

If there's something you'd like to see and don't, or something you can imagine being improved, let us know by filing an enhancement request. Use the project's Issue Tracking and file an "Enhancement" rather than a "Defect".
